We were recommended to McKenzies Group back in the mid 80’s by our bankers, Lloyds. After a very unpleasant experience with our previous accountant and also a rather accrimonious exit, McKenzies Group set about putting together the financial controls to allow the business to grow. I am pleased to report that 30 years later we are still using McKenzies Group and they have grown with us, providing not only financial reporting but also a range of business advice worthy of any experienced non executive director.

When approached by McKenzies, we were very reluctant to change accountants, especially as our accountants had done nothing wrong. But, on reflection, they should have done more. We now use McKenzies as our first port of call for all types of business advice.

McKenzies has acted for the Group since 2006 and have identified a number of significant tax savings missed by our previous accountants.

Before we joined McKenzies, we hadn’t given much thought to the way our business was structured. McKenzies made us realise that our assets were at unnecessary risk.
